What does life purpose mean to you?
Our purpose can guide life decisions, influence behaviour, shape goals, offer a sense of direction and create meaning. For some, purpose is connected to vocation - meaningful satisfying work. For others, their purpose lies in their responsibilities to family or friends. Others seek meaning through spiritual or religious beliefs. Some find their purpose is expressed in all these aspects of life.
It has been said that the secret to a fulfilling life is to reframe our life questions over and over. Throughout the different stages of our lives we find different questions and possibilities. It is key to remember what brings us joy because this is what drives us and leads to our life purpose.
It can take some digging to work out your life purpose. There are so many answers to this question but the answer must resonate with you. You feel it in your gut. It becomes your instinct.
For us, life purpose includes numerous aspects but one we have focused on in this interview with Physiotherapist and Health Practitioner, Carole Randall at the Chronic Pain Relief Online Clinic - is the power to change what no longer serves you, to break the mould, to discover our own version of success (in all its forms) and happiness. We hope this resonates with you and inspires you to find your own life purpose.
